Smith Stone Supply is recognized as one of the few countertop companies in Utah that cn support any size commercial project requiring granite or quartz countertops.

Granite


A natural stone with beautiful colors and patterns to choose from. Granite is a porous material that needs to be sealed yearly, and is extremly hard and durable.

Quartz


Quartz is made up of natural stone chips cast in a polymer base. A man-made Granite. It is a nonporous material, so it does not need to be sealed. Qurtz is extremely hard and durable.

Marble


Marble countertops are elegant, dramatic, and lustrous with reflective light play adding a distinct dimension to kitchens, vanities, bathrooms, flooring and walls.

Metal


The most commonly used metal is Stainless Steel. It is used mainly in commercial kitchen applications. Occassionally, it is used in residental kitchens or bar areas. Brass, copper, steel, and other metals may also be used to accent a specific area. Metal is ver hard to damage but also hard to repair.

Solid Surface


Solid-surface is a man-made material consisting of mineral dusts (mostly marble) mixed with a variety of plastic resins and pigments. It's main appeal is that it is easy to fabricate and can create completely nonporous, seamless countertops, unlike any other countertop surface.

Laminate


Laminate is the most widely used and affordable of all countertop materials. There are hundreds of colors and many edge treatments available. Laminate is not repairable.
